“Tip Jar” by Chip Murray
From Webster’s-

Prov-i-dence (n.) God; the Deity.

From Wikipedia-

Providence may refer to:

Good Sunday Morning Dear Friends! And a very interesting week it’s been! We lost power during last Saturday’s record snowstorm. Isn’t it amazing, the things we take for granted…until they’re gone! It’s kind of like God! Those of us who grew up in the world of Webster lived in a well-lit home…even before Consolidated Edison and Orange & Rockland. In the Godless world of Wikipedia however, there isn’t enough wattage in all the power stations combined to remove the creeping shadows at our door.

Fortunately for most of us, just as Dylan pointed out, we don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows…and, we don’t need a Wiki-man to hide what the heart already knows! I want to dive into Providence on this beautiful and glorious Sunday morning…the way a two-year-old dives into a birthday cake! I want to breathe this place in through every pore, and dive down deeper and deeper for more and more and more!

Only in this place can you stand on the gallows, with a noose ‘round your neck, a smile on your face and love in your heart for the man in the black hood!

Only in this place can you write the words that nobody reads, and sing your songs for an audience of one…as if they were everyone under the sun!

Only in this light could you stand naked on a cold winter’s night, because a thousand suns burn so brightly within you!

The rest of the world thinks your crazy, but that’s OK! The rest of the world is snug as a bug in a comatose rug with an MSM Mantovani IV Drip! They have been so anesthetized, they wouldn’t know Jesus if he…brought them back to life! Our challenge is to love them! You and I are taking some serious flak while they are eyeing the buffet table with one eye and searching for the next handout from their host with the other! Who wouldn’t think we’re crazy?

Well I’m here to tell you that we don’t eat at this table! If honor is the gift a man gives to himself, then I am doing myself no favors by accepting the hospitality of dishonor! Spread the word, the time is near for you to choose your way. Providence will know…and hold you so. Know your teacher! Know your friend! Above all…Know yourself!

I wanted to dedicate this edition to some special friends who have stepped up to the plate of Providence at risk and discomfort to themselves and their families;

Lisa Douglas- Hudson Valley Patriots!

Sheryl Thomas- Team Watch NY!

Jennie & John Maney- Citizens for Freedom

Lisa Mei Norton- BigDawg Music Mafia!

Michael & Patty Smith- BigDawg Music Mafia!

Toots Sweet- A Singer-Songwriting, Freedom Fightin’ Brother!

Jimmie Young- A Musical Giant-Patriot Friend!

Ron Adcox- Traditional American!

And a very special Sunday Morning Coffee Shout-Out to a very special man, BigDawg Drew and all my friends and family at BigDawg Music Mafia!

Tip Jar is for you guys! It’s about us! It’s about the glue that holds us together! I love you!

Love this article. States plainly what all should feel privately. However, I don’t belong among the others you listed as “special friends who have stepped up to the plate of Providence at risk and discomfort to themselves and their families”. There is no chance of me being at risk and discomfort by responding positively to what I read. They are all talented as well! However, I can be a friend.

  2. Dear Chip our friend and fellow patriot,
Thank you so much! It was such a nice surprise to receive your email after Church this morning and to realize that this nice blog edition is dedicated to us your friends of citizens4freedom. While reading your blog I was thinking, wow, I can really relate to this post. And then to see that you dedicated this post to us. It is very humbling and John and I are honored to be among your friends. We thank you for all that you do for the cause of freedom. You say we step up to the plate. This statement makes me think of Robin Murphy when she asked me to speak at the Give Us Liberty Rally. It was the first time I was asked to speak and I really didn’t want to do it. But I remember Lisa Douglas saying, “Come out of your comfort zone.” And my response was, “This whole Tea Party political experience is OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE!” But we press on. And Lisa can surely attest to that and I’m sure you can as well.
We are in this fight for freedom for love of God, country and family. I pray that God will bless you and bless and restore our republic. Stay the course for freedom!
    All the best,
    John and Jennie citizens4freedom
