Since the amazing 2010 Tea Party-led rejection of Obama’s radical agenda, two things have happened in concurrence with each other;
- Trust in Obama has diminished at a steadily faster rate.
- Obama’s grip on power has increased proportionately!
It’s as if there is a race between Obama’s sprint to complete totalitarianism and a sufficient enough awakening of the American People in time to stop him in his tracks!
Nothing has been done and no one has been held accountable for the illegal abuse of power as the IRS effectively neutralized Obama’s opposition…at the very same time the truth about Benghazi was being covered up …on the very eve of his re-election! Holder has dragged his feet on the AP and James Rosen scandal. And we are now witnessing a sweeping Stalinist-like purge of Obama’s political opponents…Christie, McConnell, D’Souza, O’Keefe and now Grimm!
Silicon Valley billionaire Tom Perkins recently invoked Hitler’s Kristallnacht (night of broken glass) scapegoating of the Jews as a way of comparing Obama’s ginning up America to hate the “1%”!
They should have called the SOTU the State of Surrender. There was no Joe Wilson courage on display. 535 cowards sat silently and even applauded as the President proclaimed his power…Constitution be damned! The Republicans are on “suicide watch” as Coulter put it, tucking into their customary fetal position on the eve of Amnesty! Our moderate, Democrat and Liberal friends and neighbors know what is going on here…they are not dim-witted! But those who have turned the blind eye thinking to themselves my guy will have my back, would do well to consult their Night of the Long Knives history!
The Night of the Long Knives was Hitler’s bloody “purging” his own party from June 30th to July 2nd 1932 of many of the very people who had helped bring him to power. It established Hitler as “the supreme judge of the German people”, as he put it in his July 13, 1934 speech to the Reichstag. Gregor Strasser and Ernst Röhm thought their Führer-supporting backsides were safe too! Röhm actually expected the fulfillment of Hitler’s Socialistic promises…sound familiar?
3. Update on Ukraine: the Prime Minister has resigned, and most importantly, the military is refusing to move against the protesters. That’s the important part. Once the military refuses orders, a given government is basically over barring massive outside intervention – which is still possible here from Putin. But that seems unlikely at this point.
This is exactly what needs to happen in the U.S. There needs to be a general strike demanding the total liquidation of the FEDGOV. The FEDGOV needs to be forced to give the military orders to fire on U.S. citizens. I know you don’t want to hear that, but it is the truth. Now here is the big problem as I see it: I think that the Flag Officer Corps and a majority of the Field Grade officers would go along with the regime, because those ranks have been almost totally purged of decent, God-fearing men who are loyal to the Constitution and the Rule of Law. Flag and Field Grade officers are now almost entirely craven hacks who care only about their pensions and slithering up the chain of command in order to maximize their pensions and stroke their shriveled, flaccid, quivering egos. Someday I might tell you what I REALLY think of them.
So, yes, I think the officers would give orders to fire. I also think that most of the enlisted men would NOT follow those orders. It would be one hell of a gamble, and there will be casualties, but sadly, it is clearly what needs to happen. Enough of this garbage. Enough of this lawless, despotic oligarchy. The longer this goes on, the worse it is going to be when the poop hits the fan. Each day magnifies the pain that WILL come later. The former United States needs to take a lesson from Ukraine, do the right thing, and force FEDGOV’s hand. Whenever something painful or unpleasant has to happen, it is always much better to lean into it and be in control of the situation, rather than cower, stall and flinch. ~ Ann Barnhardt’s Smoked Salmon
“In Germany they came first for the Communists, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn’t speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time no one was left to speak up.” ~ Martin Niemöller
