On your knees boy!

On your knees boy!

“The ‘most serious’ evils are youth unemployment and the loneliness of the old.” ~ Pope Francis

There is a remarkably effective technique in psychotherapy known as “voice dialogue” based on energy suppression. The technique was discovered as a way to help patients reclaim a voice…an important and necessary part of themselves that had been long suppressed. A good example would be the “doormat” patient who, as an adult, allows people to walk all over him/her because he/she had disowned and suppressed her healthy warrior self. This would have occurred in childhood as a result of controlling and overbearing parents beating down that voice whenever it tried to speak (usually to help him or her). If you were to do a study of the most hardened criminals in our prison system today, you would find the evidence of this type of childhood suppression, domination and control. FactAn unhealthy and/or prolonged suppression of natural energy in human nature gives rise to demonic energy.

The quote above has to be the most feeble-minded words to ever have flowed from a pontiff’s lips! But at the same time, they are probably the most revealing words to help us better understand the realities of the present day. Not only has the Church marked a very clear self-imposed cease and desist strategy where evil exists, the Pope…the Vicar of Christ himself portrays it as something it is not! Good Sunday Morning Dear Friend!

Confronting Evil

“The Kings of the earth, and all the inhabitants would not have believed, that the adversary and the enemy should enter in by the gates of Jerusalem.” ~ Lamentations 4:12

I would ask my baby-boomer brethren to think back to our childhoods and try to remember as many of the lessons and sayings that were passed down to us through the generations that seem to have died on the vine with us! How did lessons and sayings that served our great grandparents, grandparents, and parents so well end with us? They all dealt with the very same exact “fixed as the stars” human nature observed from Plato through Shakespeare and Twain. What has changed? AnswerModernism!

Remember the fact, energy suppressed becomes demonic. If the Church steps back from its primary purpose to address, expose and confront evil where it exists, then evil will only naturally step up. And when the Church suppresses Truth to seek an end, evil grows in strength proportionately…

“Malachi believed if ever the Jesuits took control of Rome that they would use the Catholic Church as a vehicle to usher in the New World Order via Marxism/Socialism/Environmental Law/and the United Nations.” ~ Tom Horn, Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope is Here

The Church is the fortress that Jesus handed to Peter to defend, protect and “deliver us from evil”! Today it is just another soup kitchen…where the ever-growing line of lost souls are encouraged to be nice to one another…

Qui Bono? Who benefits most from this modern-day ecumenical posture of appeasement and conciliation in the face of evil? The very one we’ve all been conditioned to ignore. This is 14 minutes of the only explanation for the inexplicable sweeping the world.

Think back to the school yard bully who tortured you in your youth. Remember the day you stood up to him to take your power back! This is where we are today by a thousand fold! But it is the same exact place we need to plant our feet, recalculate and set our intention before we turn back to our creator, humble ourselves, seek forgiveness and “take a knee”.

  1. WORKS THAT SAVE AND WORKS THAT DON’T BY STEVE FINNELL

    THE WORK THAT SAVES

What work endures to eternal life.

John 6:27-29 Do not work for the food perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the the Father, God has set His seal.” 28 Therefore they said to Him, “What shall we do, so that we may work the works of God?” 29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He as sent.”

The work that men do to be saved is believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and their Lord and Savior and that God raised Him from the dead. Yes, there is a work that men do, that can save them. Believing is the work men that do that saves.

THERE IS A WORK THAT GOD DOES, THAT SAVES.

Colossians 2:12 having been buried with Him in baptism, in whichyou were also raised up with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

God does the work in water baptism. Not men.
You cannot separate faith and water baptism.
Mark 16:16 He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved….

1 Peter 20-21 …safely through the water. 21 Corresponding to thatbaptism now saves you —not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience— through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

You cannot separate faith and water baptism. Man’s work is to believe. God’s work is to forgive men of their sins.

Colossians 2:12-13…….When you dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions,

You cannot separate faith and water baptism.

    WORKS THAT DO NOT SAVE.

Galatians 2:11-16….16 nevertheless know that a man is not justified by works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ Jesus and not by works of the Law; since by works of the Law no flesh will be justified.

The apostle Paul was not telling Cephas (Peter) and Barnabas,
that believing in Jesus was a work of the Law Moses,
that being baptized in water for the forgiveness of sins was a work of the Law of Moses,
that repenting (turning from unbelief and making a commitment to turn from from a sinful lifestyle and turning toward God) was a work of the Law of Moses,
that confessing that Jesus was the Son of God, their Lord and Savior and believing that God raised Jesus from the dead, was a work of the Law of Moses.

FAITH-REPENTANCE-CONFESSION and WATER BAPTISM are not works of the Law of Moses.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been savedthrough faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.
Colossians 2:12 ….baptism…through faith in the working of God…
Ephesians 2:9-10 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in the.

Believing in Jesus is not a good work.
Repenting is not a good work.
Confessing is not a good work.
Being baptized in water is not a good work.

Believing (John 3:16) Repenting (Acts 2:38) Confessing (Romans 10:9-10) and Water Baptism (Mark 16:16) are all essential for salvation, however NONE of them are Laws of Moses nor are they good works.
